Individualised programs

A Kilowatt CC training program typically covers a 4-6 week period and includes:

  • A Training Peaks premium account where your workouts will be provided / recorded

  • Daily workouts based on your long term goals and built around your personal / family / work / other commitments

  • Instruction on how to use Heart Rate Variability to make smart decisions about your training (more info here)

  • Access to your coach to ask questions, provide feedback via TrainingPeaks comments, email or phone) 

  • Monthly review meeting with your coach to discuss and adapt training programs based on:

    • post-race analysis​

    • your queries / questions

    • your feedback on the program
